Laura Henderson Pet Sitting & Visiting is covered by Public Liability Insurance.

It is important to review the following Terms of Service carefully.  These terms constitute a legally binding contract between You the owner and Laura Henderson Pet Sitting & Visiting, under which I agree to maintain the website and provide Insurance Services and you agree to pay the fee and to respect these terms.

Certification of Compliance with Applicable Law

This website is intended solely for persons over 18 years of age or older. Minors need the specific consent of a parent/guardian.  If such a parent/guardian has provided Laura Henderson Pet Sitting & Visiting with their proof of identity of the minor.  The account created on the website is then shared by the minor and their parent/guardian takes full accountability for the actions of the minor.

Bookings

Each user agrees that a binding legal contract is created between each Owner and Laura Henderson Pet Sitting & Visiting when a Pet Service is booked through the website.  As part of these booking terms a Pet Owner must agree to a “meet and greet” before a Pet Service takes place; except in the case of repeat customers.

Payments

In order to secure the booking for any Pet Service the full payment is required after the Pet Owner and Laura Henderson Pet Sitting & Visiting usually at the “meet & greet” have agreed to this booking.

 

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is offered if a Pet Service is cancelled at least one week before the Pet Service booking starts otherwise a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Emergencies

The recommendation is that Pet Owners provide Veterinary details and contact information where they can be reached in the event medical care for a pet becomes necessary.
